2025 belding Bash

When:  Saturday, April 26, 2025, 6 pm to 10 pm

Where: La Villa Restaurant and Banquet Hall 3638 N. Pulaski Rd., Chicago, IL

What is the Belding Bash?

Every spring, the Belding Parent Group hosts a wonderful, fun-filled evening of food, cocktails, music, a silent auction, a raffle, and more. This event is the spring fundraiser, and all proceeds will support Belding Elementary. 

Silent Auction - The silent auction takes place online and will open up a week before the event. You do not need to attend the Benefit to participate in the Silent Auction.

We need your help for a successful benefit & auction

We're seeking donations in ALL categories - travel, dining, experiences & more!  

Some ideas include:

• Travel- hotel points, airline miles, use of vacation homes & boats
• Dining- restaurants, tasting menus, in-home chef
• Tickets- sporting events, concerts, theater
• Experiences Big and Small - Classes, Camps, Events for Kids or Adults, Behind the Scenes Tours, TV tapings, Meet & Greets, etc. Be creative!

How Can you Help?

• Item donation  - Fill out this form
  • Donate an item or service to the night of the Benefit: food, printing, photography, decorations
  • Donate an item or service to the Auction: classes, events, party packages, gifts cards
  • Reach out to 2-3 of your favorite businesses or those you frequently visit to request a donation.  Please provide logo, description & retail value.
• Sponsorship
  • If you are a business owner, please consider becoming a sponsor
  • Please reach out if you work for, or have a personal contact, at a business that would considering sponsorship opportunities

What else can you do?

• Host an adult, kid, or family event - Mom’s Wine Night, Dad’s Poker Night, Progressive Dinner, Kids Sports Class, Movie Night, etc
• Offer Professional services - photography session, coaching, interior design, organization
